You took the wrong last step there. You should've chose Charlotte's Route when she asked about something between you and Anna on the Yacht on Monday.
Charlotte is Anna's best friend so she won't take anything that belongs to her ( Anna Route ). But if you say nothing happen between you and Anna, then she wants to have you for herself ( Charlotte Route ).
That's why it's called Harem End since Charlotte and Anna will argue, wanting to have you for each of themselves and you decide to have them both instead.
Hey, do you happen to know how to do Charlotte's mission? Because after sharing the route with Anna and Charlotte, I go back to the same Monday and it won't let me do anything else. They both appear on the yacht, but nothing happens, and then in the lounge, they don't say anything either. They don't say anything to me in the hallway either. I'd like to know how to continue with Charlotte's route.

if you mean you go to the yacht and nothing happens when Anna is there, you most likely haven't done Anna raw at the studio, once you do there will be a 3some at the yacht. Other than that, there's also the regular Charlotte scene at the yacht as well as her invitation to the studio. The guide has the information.
