Yeah, I know it’s poorly shipped. It was my first time shipping a game in Unreal, and I honestly didn’t really know what I was doing. I wasn’t sure how to reduce the size without risking breaking everything at the last minute. (399Mo of Unreal stuff i gess)
I totally get it! If you're looking for something faster and more 'jam-friendly' for next time, I highly recommend Godot Engine. It makes exporting to web and keeping the size small super simple.
