Ok I understand that planning is not the same as really doing it, but it can lead to misunderstandings like this. I do not even know who is writing it (you or the "traitor" you mentioned). There is so many versions. I don't want to go in that direction.

again: the misuse of this plugin was not intentional. I want to use it legally, but here we are and i still don't know how can i have your product using legally! Can you offer a solution?

You are the man behind the product!

- I possible please give your consent to use the plugin.

- If it is purchaseable in any way or form please give me the direction.

"Planning" is NOT a certitude and it was never released into the PD.

Also from the docs written by me: "Since Manuel ANDRE is the only programmer involved with this package, he retains the rights to sell or distribute it without further notice."

You are using V2.15 and the docs are very clear about it.

I see that you understand my position and my request not to spread my extension(s) and that also includes the Amos/Pro PowerBobs extension.

1) So: you may not include my extensions in any format or any of your distributions, games, whatever...
2) This implies that you can only spread compiled versions of the programs that use any of my extensions.
3) Crystal clear and visible credit(s) must be included that your program uses any of my extension(s)
Something like "made possible using Manuel André's [extension name + version ] but you'll figure out something nice.

I hereby give you the permission to use my extensions if you follow the 3 simple rules mentioned above.

And oh yeah, I just made this itch account to be able to communicate with you.

Does that mean that we are allowed to use any of your (AMOS) plugins or just this one in question? (with the 3 rules you asked of course)
We (possibly others as well) are still interested in a legal version. Is it available?

- Yes, ANY of my extensions for Amos and or Amos Pro as long as you or any other user has my consent.
- The cracked Amos/Pro_TURBO_PLUS 2.15 or any other version and PowerBobs (any version) automagically becomes legal when my consent is given and my 3 simple rules are followed.

Thank you for clarification and allowing us Amiga gamers to have this brilliant game again, including parts based on your great extension. We also added you to game credits on Lemonamiga.com

Found out that the "List Games/Credited" that uses one of my extensions is not correct.

Another 2026 game produced by Michael Kafke "FreakOut" also uses my AmosPro extensions (both of them) with my consent.

Wondering how many games and or utilities use one or both my extensions.

At least 1 other utility uses My Turbo_Plus extension:

- on github cbmeeks/TurboPlusSceneEditor

Also sometimes my Amos/Pro Turbo Plus extension is spread as the "Craft" or the "Craft2" bogus extensions programmed by me, Manuel André.
