Hello every time I comment in every game , it goes same ( comment approved by moderator) i also contacted some of the game creators and they says itch think my comment is spam...

Others also try to solve this problem by sending mail ( tickets) . I did the same but nothing happened
...Yes, it can take a while. That's why you see people post their ticket IDs here, like the rules of this category say.
