Hello, i emailed in itch and they gave me a replay. But The problem did not solve . What i will do now . They also give me number (344769)

Others also try to solve this problem by sending mail ( tickets) . I did the same but nothing happened

Hello every time I comment in every game , it goes same ( comment approved by moderator) i also contacted some of the game creators and they says itch think my comment is spam...
