the short answer is no. but that depends on your version of ntr some people dislike the idea that a character has any sexual past or relationship out side the player character. in this when a character enters a relationship with the mc they are with them and at this point no other male character (one character has a female sex friend which you form a thruple with)

There is Aurelie's route, in beginning of which she's in a toxic relationship with a douchey guy. Through the stroy Aurelie ends up dumping the guy and entering a relationship with you instead. So, in that one instance, there is netori (You're stealing a girl from another dude) in the game.
