We’re building a 2D side-scrolling action game focused on precise combat, timing, parry systems and real consequences for mistakes.
Right now we’re working on a Vertical Slice to validate the core combat feel, using placeholders (no final art yet).
We’re looking for a gameplay programmer comfortable with:
– 2D side-scrolling combat
– state machines and timing-based systems
– rapid prototyping and iteration
Engine is flexible (Godot or Unity).
