This was really unique! And very frantic! The lasers felt a tad random, I spent one run not having to move at all while in another I died in the first or second laser due to rng xD very cool overall, slick replay mechanic, definitely added a lot to the game

Thank you for the kind words! You’re absolutely right — the lasers are pretty much random, I’ll admit. I originally planned to have them aim at or even predict the player’s movement, but that had to be cut due to scope and time constraints. That’s just one of those sacrifices you have to make during development. Instead, I focused on polishing the core gameplay loop, which I think was the right call in the end.
