Definitely reminds me of A Little to the Left, and that’s also a great game. The visuals on this game are top notch! Love it! I did struggle dropping the utensils in the slots sometimes.

Also, I didn’t know that the hints were referring to the text at first, so I kept thinking that the knife was a wooden utensil, so I was scratching my head for a bit when it was saying I was wrong.

Great job, hermit!

You know, I think that's the 2nd reference to A Little to the Left...I've never seen/played it, but I'll have to check it out!

One thing I have learned from this gamejam, you can add all the bells and whistles that you want...but get the core functionality down "perfect".  I definitely struggled with the drag&drop portion (mainly due to using the wrong types of Godot controls for it!), but that just means next time it'll be better!

Thanks again for checking out my game, and for the great feedback!

I’ve never played it, but YouTube recommended it to me plenty.

Well, you definitely make a very polished game! You seem to make the smart decisions where it counts (i.e. Music, cohesive art style, expandable/extendable but easy to use mechanics).

This was my first gamejam, so I struggled with finding the balance of difficulty vs fun, but you nailed it!

I look forward to more of your projects!

this is my 2nd GameJam, but I've done a couple tiny games inbetween (they're all on my Itch page if you wanna check them out).  We do GameJams to learn something new...even if that something is what *not* to do for the next Jam! :D  I sure have learned a couple of those this time as well!
