Yes and no. So in the upcoming rework it there's dialogue that's apart of say a natural conversation it'll be untranslated as I'm wanting a more immersive read. If there's internal thoughts or a monologue it'll be translated.
That's a shame. I understand the immersion, but if it's a scene where the MC isn't present that argument doesn't really stand I think. Either way it makes it feel to me like I'm missing context.
Some great writing though. The first bit of the game is visually, uh, *rough* (the MC's face looks a bit caved in... when we see it from the side) I'm confident this rework will help a lot with that.
Well most of the time where it is translated is when Byron won't be present, aside from like one instance where he is but it's an internal thought so it gets translated.
And yes you're quite right in that it's in a rough shape visually. That's the whole point of the rework is to get it on an acceptable level
