hi! first of all, i love love love the idea of playing as a group of (un)familiars. i don't think i've seen many narratives with that premise, and it has so much potential. it feels so tragic and so fierce at the same time. i love how the experience benchmarks change as your character grows, and how well it ties to the themes of the game. it was seriously a genius idea.

i'd love to learn more about this world, and my only wish is that there was more for the gamekeeper to work with in the way of creating conflict (although that is largely because i want to run the game for my friends and i am very much a beginner GM haha)

if you allow it, i would love to translate this game to brazilian portuguese. i'm working on my portfolio and i've made it something of a personal quest to translate as many games from the Mutal Aid Jam as I can, and this game was an absolutely delightful read. like i said, i want to run this game for my friends, and though some of them do speak english, i also have friends who don't, and i'd love them to read this. i'd send you the translated file once i'm finished, and i'd only ask that you credit me when you post it. of course, if you don't want that, it's no problem! i'll let you know if i do end up running a short campaign. i'm definitely excited to try it!

So glad you like it. I'd love to have a translated version, and will happily credit you when I post it.

I haven't thought too much about the specifics of the world, but I was picturing something with similar vibes to the Bone comics, if that helps. As for running it, I recommend Mutual Aid Missions for Small Towns by @OneTapAdventures, also submitted to the Mutual Aid Jam. Any of the scenarios in it could be tweaked to be about animal communities, or left as is.

Thanks again, and please share any feedback if you decide to run it. Cheers :)
