Oh yeah, that is definitely lower than anything we’ve tested so far/what we’re aiming for. But interesting that the tutorial ran so much better. We are still having some shader compilation problems, especially in the main level. So it might get better after staying some time. But probably that's not the problem here. I assume you didn’t change the backdrop quality in the settings? You can also try to turn down the render scale a bit. But it might be more of a memory issue on your device.
For reference, I got to test this build on a steam deck today, and there it ran quite well in most areas.
