I like your take on the theme. The overall gameplay loop was simple and easy to pick up. The controls being basic WASD was nice, and the use of Q instead of Escape for the menu/pause was good for web. I did find it difficult to pickup specific items, which was troublesome when the toxic barrels were jumbled close to other items. I also found myself sometimes not able to pick up items I was trying to grab, likely because of positioning and the item being at too great of an angle from the direction I was facing. Again, with the barrels this could be a problem, especially once the convey belt was in place. I was chasing a barrel that I just couldn't seem to line up with, when I managed to fall into the bin. I was just short of getting the More Conveyor Belts upgrade. It would be nice to be able to use Shift, or another button, to sprint, for chasing those barrels.

100% agree, especially regarding the barrels.

I tried to put in some logic where barrels were always top priority regardless of how many items were in pickup range, but didn’t manage to get it working in time.  I also wanted to have a highlight effect showing you which item is currently detected for interaction which I think would’ve helped a lot with grabbing items in general.

Honestly didn’t think of shift to sprint and now I’m kicking myself as that would’ve been super simple to implement and definitely would’ve made the game more dynamic.
