I had to comment here and just point out that I'm really impressed with your dual purpose mechanics. Having to trade mobility for firepower is a really smart design choice. The game could definitely use more polish though to really showcase those design choices.

Thanks for leaving a comment =]. It’s really reassuring to hear that, because I think this game could really work, it’s just that the movement style is not something that is, to my knowledge anyways, anywhere else. It has its fair share of problems, but I’m glad to see that I’m not the only person that likes it. It especially means a lot to me since you are already on Steam and stuff too.

I did not like this game. I don’t think it met the theme, and it was not intuitive to play.

You have gamepad integrations started? but not full working, couldn’t fly left.

Shoot and boost were not intuitive, Fly around for a full 3 mins before you see enemies.

Did not want to keep playing.

Keep working on your skills, you’ll get there. Ask for help on the next in our discord. I think you could have cleaned this up much better from my initial test/feedback.

I wish I just had access to a gamepad because I think that the issues you are mentioning all come directly from me not being able to test what the game is like with one. I actually did a playtest with some of my classmates who all played with a keyboard, and they did not have any of the problems mentioned here. Kinda lame that my game is bad just because I could not test with a gamepad =\
