They look nice, but, the CC licenses don't allow you to further restrict them, it also goes against the idea of CC0 (public domain), this becomes a crayon license and is unusable

If you want people to credit you, maybe you should consider CC-BY (this one won't allow you to further restrict it either, but people will see that the repackage was made by you if repackaged)

Exactly, the contradictory licensing makes this marvelous set of vehicles suited only for personal and proprietary use. A free software project would be tainted.

This car pack by Cosmo recently fixed the very same issue.

I’ll get the license updated as I want everyone to be able to use it freely, I just didn’t really understand the terms when I put this pack together.

But it doesn't so much require a change in license, since it's already marked CC0. Rather the third point under Usage Terms would simply have to be removed, because it contradicts the licensing, whichever free culture license you choose.

You could of course make it a "really rather not", as you did with the request for attribution.
