it is possible to softlock yourself in the alien ship post questline. i found this spot in particular but there might be others as well

Either you interact with the alien to get attacked or (when you finished this route, will just move away to give room.)

no, i am finished the route - the aliens arent moving out of the way, they just locked me in between them

Oh, thought it's the other. Yeah, I went to try it, you're basically stuck. Maybe have to report this issues lol.
