Good art and nice water effect achieved!

Thanks! your game have good idea, maybe I should steal get inspired by it and merge with my game. Imagine, squid will unlock new colors by rolling few dices. Sounds interesting?

Great idea and good execution! The dice I think is not necessary for the game, a simple colourchanging mechanic would have been enough, but it works like this as well.

Developer

I think the logic of the dices can be expanded into something more complex. Thank you for approving my work.

Very cute art style and clever concept! I feel it would greatly benefit from having a movable camera and if the die were visible from start, instead of being behind the player. I wasn't aware I needed to find a die to roll at first and find it hard to maintain spacial awareness.

Thanks for the comment. Currently working on a new game, will try to use your suggestion to avoid such issues.

You could create a new, interesting puzzle based on this idea. I recommend not throwing this idea away; maybe you can transform it later

Thanks! Sure, dont worry all ideas are stored in my mind and waiting for an oportunity to be used again :D

Write it down somewhere! It'll take < 5 minutes and that way you have a copy in case you forget

nice game with good looks

Gj! A bit stuffy controls. You should really add any audio so the game feels more ,,alive". However the graphics  are really pleasent for eye. GG

Very Cool! Also difficult! Only gripe i had was the control layout having Q And E bound made pressing d+e or a+q a bit frustrating. But super impressive for 3 hour prototype! Congrats!

Thank you for your kind words! Honestly, I dont know what would be "classic" control layout for such type of gameplay. Maybe you could suggest?

My immediate thought is going down should be bound to left CTRL, and Up should be on space bar. Obviously your dice roll was mapped there, but that could always be put on another key, like f, or even E. Since that mechanic is a quick tap instead of a hold. If it was more time (or a full release) key mapping is always king, but this is totally subjective.
