I had a similar issue and finally got a support response via posting on the Itchio subreddit with my ticket number and the amount of time I'd be waiting, where Itch Admin saw it. 

On the bright side, while your profile doesn't appear when I search for you, your specific game titles do. This is not ideal, but at least the games are still visible ^^

Ahhh that is really great!! I'm glad that you were able to get your issue fixed. It is quite hard getting anyone's attention about it nowadays... I have tried asking in the Discord server with my ticket number, but I was only met with ppl telling me I just wasn't promoting enough and that fixing deindexing issues isn't a priority for the admin... :( It made me feel awful... Also I found ppl in the server that asked about my game specifically months ago and admin did see it and just said:

It seems like even admin doesn't know what is going on or how to fix it... And I haven't been able to get any more info for months despite reaching out multiple times in multiple places. So at this point I feel like I either have to try something myself or just give up 😩

Yes, that is true though, if you search the specific other game titles they pop up still. So that is a silver lining.

Leafo is the itchio admin!  He is on Reddit and the Itch forums and indexed my game the same day after months of no response. The discord mods are notoriously unhelpful and Wrong

Your game is obviously deindexed but the mods are not in sync with each other so have no idea what is what. They give different answers to every question and deindex inconsistently.

I’d post on the itch forums too with the discord responses. No time to play can also shed light on if it was a bug or purposefully deindexed

Ah yeah I know that Leafo is the main admin! Though Charlene is one, too, and she solves a lot of things for people, too. They are both in the Discord and will occasionally help solve things for ppl. I actually did get a response from itch support, but it was a confused response: 

Unfortunately, after that, even though I sent some screenshots and mailed back multiple times, I never got another response...

NttP is also in the Discord and wasn't able to give me any extra info about my situation. My last resort is to send a new fresh email to support and reference my other one, but I don't have high hopes for it. I think that maybe because it's a bigger issue (Charlene said it's likely a search bug) the admin don't have time to look into it right now because it's not as simple as just flipping a switch to reindex it as it's an actual glitch.

I see! This is unfortunate. I've seen project pages be transferred to other pages but it probably wouldn't fix it. Things I've seen from Charlene haven't been super helpful but the fact that she helps outside of what I've seen is nice ^^

Yes, it's fair to not be helpful. They don't respond to things a lot of the time T_T I am wishing you luck.
