Personally, I'd prefer that any sort of minigame like that would remain an optional setting. You gotta remember we're playing this game with one hand, lol. Anything you make has to be doable one handed.

Maybe keep the casual intercourse without a minigame - if you want to have more fun choose the exiting sex-techniques, including a minigame.A sporty sex activity would be cool to stay in shape. But ofc we raid the fridge after the act :P
