Read that all out, I agree with all but one thing. They/Them pronouns have been used as single-person pronouns for longer than Spain as a single nation under that name has existed.
Dude, it is not being in disagreement here, I am just stating a personal opinion. In my world, an object is addressed by "it" , and a living being is addressed by his/her gender, that's it. When I'm talking about my cat, I am using "her", even, haha!
Don't mind me, dude... I'm too old for these modern ways and I'm not going to change. :)

And I understand that, but in cases like this game's story, or other fantasy/sci-fi games (of which I feel this game could be considered a bit of both) there's most of the time going to be some beings which have no gender, in fact, snails are hermaphrodites, and technically, therefore have a single gender. I realize that we are not arguing, but I like talking and saying stuff I know.
