Posters in the ongoing discussion threads [1] [2] about this issue have been consistently ignored by moderators/staff for almost two months as the issue continues to persist though… Some sort of update or explanation or even acknowledgement of the ongoing issue would go a long way to help us plan and manage our expectations.
absolutely, there's really no update at all on a problem that troubles and hinders the work of so many creators in the platform, I know it's not easy for them, but still, with that kind of issue that can impact the work and plans of so many asset creators i would at least assume they would update us on any progress but support has been radio silent for 2 months now.
I'm currently finding myself having to postpone the upload and update of my asset packs for 2 months now, i guess i'm just going to start uploading even when GIFs are still broken :(((
