I read about the FAQ, but missed the part about the week. My apologies for forgetting about it. Regarding "how to help move your game ahead in the queue" I did that, but as far as I understand, I wasn't exaggerating. Since I have practically nothing, I can't really promote the page. As for the criteria: why are you immediately publishing games with no information about them? I understand that you can't disclose it, but lol, why does my page or game look worse than a page with one screenshot and no description? As for support: maybe four days isn't that long, but I felt uneasy when, after a long development period, my game got no views or downloads. I read about indexing and waited this week. It said: "If your game is released after one day, you can contact support". I don't remember where it says that, but if I find it, I'll add it to the post. Overall, I have no major complaints about support.

You're asking the wrong person, and like I said, the criteria aren't so simple. And you're right about the FAQ, but again, the rules of this category tell you what to do if support doesn't reply after a while.

So, I'm not complaining about the support. I just added this; I have no complaints about them. I do have questions about indexing, which I raised at the very end of the post. You answered some of them with links to the FAQ, but nothing about Butler. I just find similarities in that if you publish a game directly (without Butler), the page will immediately appear in the recent games. I want to ask, is Butler the driving force behind indexing? Perhaps the server perceives uploads through Butler as blank or suspicious, and that delays indexing.

I didn't see your question about Butler, and it seems unlikely, since 1) Butler is literally the official tool for uploading files to itch.io and 2) like I said two times already, it's probably not so simple.

Okay, I get it. I'll keep waiting for my game to be indexed and hope everything goes well. At least I'm promoting the game on TikTok, so I hope that helps
