It's also been repeatedly stated that the staff doesn't read or respond to this forum. So, you're left with only the community's answers.

From what I understand, your product purchases must be reviewed manually, and since the NSFW content issue, this review seems to take twice as long.

Then you have the problem that if one of your purchases is suspicious, the staff won't process the payment until they can clarify the issue, and this can lead to a much longer payment delay without anyone notifying you.
