How do I get the event "Rexardo's Needs"?
You need to finish all the Quest Guild quests on Paradino and then talk to Rexardo in the Quest Guild Lounge.
If this is Rexardo, then it might be bugged
That's not Rexardo. Rexardo is the purple-ish t-rex in the quest guild lounge. That's the deep miner, and you're currently at the Paradino hotel.
