Someone else asked on Discord, which I will also ask since I also have the same questions: "Do we need to provide proof that the game is new and got started within the time period? Also do we need to submit in pdf format?"

I never did a GameJam proper and making tips on a PDF would also help. (Technically I did mess with making PDFs before, but still tips help).

Nah, it's not that serious, and you don't need to submit in PDF format.

One of the things that I was going to include in my 'getting started' guide is that Google Drive is a wonderful way to make a tabletop RPG that's very sharable. You can actually export a Google Doc straight to a PDF.

Also if you're willing to do a little learning, the software suite that I'm using for my professionally made game just went COMPLETELY FREE, and it's very powerful.
