Nice game! The main character has a strange walk animation, and catching objects is a little disappointing as I didn't know what to do (and understood after a while that I just had to wait and see). Nice screamer and ending! Simpple but efficient story. The "resident evil-like" cameras are cool! The main character flies when going downstairs sometimes. And his head is knocking up of the stairs. I was hoping for moir Newspapers as it was written #1. Had a good time playing this sort story!
I like the main character's wobby walk. Perpective change is so cool too!
Good!!
i liked the visuals and the the change in camera perspective, though I would have preferred if I could grab the item just by pressing a key.
Awesome little story game! The Resident Evil camera style while being able to switch to first person was very cool, I wish it was used for more than just picking up items. It would have been nice to be able to turn 360 and have that reflect in how your character was standing when you go back to the third person view. The character's animation is clunky but navigating the world felt good and intuitive. The story telling that you did outside of the newspapers and notes was weak but the newspapers were excellent!
I was very confused about how to collect items until I looked at the game page. It would have been very satisfying to simply press E to pick up the items. Not being able to pick up the key from the basement hallway was very frustrating.
The music paired beautifully with your story and I loved the atmosphere you created. The game did crash for me once after interacting with the shotgun at the start and a second time after walking a few steps past the gate but it ran normally after that. Great submission overall!
Oh no! Sorry to hear about the crashes
Thank you for the kind words!!
Loved the vibes of the title screen with the pixelated filter over the moving 3d scene! Had a bit of trouble interacting with the two objects when they were near each other but overall the changing perspective/interact mechanics are great.
Thank you so much! Yeah that was a bug that managed to slip through unfortunately. Hope it didn't damper your experience too much
Ezroot and Skipper this game very good, I love the old style look with tank controls.
Very interesting interaction mechanic btw, I would love more horror to implement that idea
My only issue is the walking animation.
I don't hate the animation (I find it funny), but kinda kills the atmosphere of the game for me atleast
Great game! Hope more people will play it
Thank you we appreciate it!!
& I 100% agree with what youre saying, will keep in mind for next time
Very cool and unique visuals. I liked the interaction mechanic where you have to change perspective to interact with things. Haven't seen it anywhere before. The jumpscares were well executed, didn't feel forced at all. Literally James Sunderland in another universe. Very short game but I still enjoyed it.
Thank you!!
