Look, I played the game 3 times and it doesn't progress at all. I am really curious how "too clear" the anomalies were for the player, because it wasn't obvious at all which door to open. Again, not talking about going through the door number 9, I read that, perfectly clear, I am a long time game developer myself so I do know how the basics work, but what specific "too clear" clues were there I don't get it. With the hangman sequence what else is the clue? You can't even talk to that character.

Also, no idea why my comment has a down vote, because I am really just curious why the game is easy, not saying anything bad about the game. Weird.

"With the hangman sequence, what else is the clue? You can’t even talk to that character."

That one’s actually an anomaly without any real hint. Most interactions with the characters aren’t clues — only the ones that directly point you to the right door.

I don’t want to spoil everything, but I can mention a few clear examples. Sometimes a random lamp will blink a certain number of times — say, three — meaning door number 3 is the right one. The flower near the correct door might dry up. Random painting might show the number of the right door.

No worries, I totally get it. I released this demo mainly to see how players would react. Thanks a lot for the interest!

And yeah, I have no idea why some people downvote comments :(
