I gotta be honest, the idea is REALLY good. But the implementation was a bit clunky, there was no UI to tell me how many resources I had collected, the character is too slow, the masks look mostly the same for people coming new to the game (you probably see the difference because you made them). I'd push them to have strong colors, so that people identify them as "the red mask" or "the blue mask" and not just a few colored lines that are hard to distinguish. But I do think the mechanic is unique, or rarely used, you don't control the character directly but through the totems, I actually find it fascinating what you can do with all that, you have a great idea in your hands but it needs to be more user friendly and give feedback to the player. Maybe if you polish those things you can make a great game! good job so far!

Yeah, our scope was too big, we did not even have time to playtest the game. This is why it does not look polished at all. We will definitely apply your advices and continue the development of the game in the coming weeks. Thank you for your review!

We wanted to add quite some things to it but got crunched by the deadline some things doesn't works : the main masked that cannot withstand more than one hit The night making it really difficult to see the main totem thus making the color choice difficulte Weird thing you didn't get the inventory tho, it pops at the top left corner once you has ressources in it. We're actively working on fixes from the feedback tho ! added light from the fire to allow the surrounding to be seen even when it's dark, fixing the villains spawner and getting back to the main menu once the main totem dies Thanks for all those honest and kind words, cheers !

Don't worry, I know the feeling. My last jam went horribly wrong, my scope was too ambitious and I ended up delivering something I wasn't happy with at all. Time constraints of the jam can be very stressful. But as I said, you have a good base for a tower defense and I'm sure you have many ideas on how to fix it.  Keep it up!
