Not sure if it was a bug or was unaware that I needed to do something, but after doing the PC up to the 13 quota the PC didn't showed me any new tasks and I stuck.

you have to go around the map and find orders, and bring them back to the computer. there is a hint at the beginning of each night that you can hold right click to highlight all orders on the map. but yeah i think it should be conveyed more clearly to the player, unless you ran into a bug where you couldnt complete the quota with the amount of orders you got.
