you have to go around the map and find orders, and bring them back to the computer. there is a hint at the beginning of each night that you can hold right click to highlight all orders on the map. but yeah i think it should be conveyed more clearly to the player, unless you ran into a bug where you couldnt complete the quota with the amount of orders you got.
