Yeah the problem isn't inside of godot but rather inside of blender itself. the mesh and skeleton apparently had a scale of .526 applied to them, so i did a select all -> ctrl+a -> apply transform and it seemed to fix it, but i'd make sure that you test it out yourself for godot.

So the remake is on a pause right now, and the reason being is that the scans on internet archive i was using of the book are no longer available, and i need those scans to continue on the remake, there was a decent amount of issues with the images i used on this version that I was hoping to get fixed.

If the book scans dont become available again soon, i might be able to repurpose the pictures from this version, and manually edit each image.

you can post this anywhere you want!

amazing model and animations, however in godot it is imported with an abnormally large bounding box? I'm not sure of the exact thing to call it, and it seems to throw off particles that emit from meshes, i dont have this problem with any other imported meshes.

super strong art, very charming and a fun take on the theme! Great job

I agree on it being very close to PT, I really just wanted to make a love letter to PT with this game, but i may have gotten a bit too close.

Player height is set to 1.8 meters, i probably couldve made it shorter to make you not feel so tall.

impressive artwork, easy to understand game, good tutorialization, and it was short but sweet! Good stuff!

super neat idea, basically making the player recreate old infomercials, very cool! I do wish there was some music and i could throw things around though.

really fun and creative take on the theme, i enjoyed this one a good amount! I don't know if it was just me though but i ran into a level on the box pushing that seemed impossible to beat. Loved the creepy/horror parts too.

Thank you for the kind feedback! Our music guy knocked it out of the park

Incredibly well made, amazing visuals, i loved the music it kinda reminded me of banjo kazooie for some reason, fun gameplay too. Really solid entry! My only gripe is that it was a bit tedious to find all 5 tapes but its a small nitpick

cute homage and love letter to fnaf, good stuff!

love the visual style, your art is great! for a first game idea this is super cool, but i do think it would put off a lot of people that the first thing they see is the default icon.svg from godot everywhere hahaha, otherwise great stuff!

Seriously well done game here, super creative take on the theme and it has really unique controls, love this one! I didn't run into any ducks tho

lowkey reminded me of those life rpg games on newgrounds or albino blacksheep waaaay back in the day. this had great art and was creative! Good stuff

visuals are very well done, i enjoyed the perspective of when you first go into the tv and you can see the living room that was cool

i liked the assortment of mini games and i just bought every single item that came up. fun and cute!

I bought and used this asset pack in my game here https://duehringadam.itch.io/husk ! Hope you check it out and list it on your page :D

very creative use of the theme, using the TV to play as someone else was cool! but when you would play in the TV it was so incredibly dark i could barely tell what I was doing.

Very creative use of the theme, i love that the controls were on the TV, and that it was spooky. Super strong entry!

i spent a really long time trying to get 5 coinflips in a row.... i got 4 once and never again, and i thought it was creative using voice splicing to get them to talk to eachother.

send the friend request

are you still looking for a team? If so, are you able to do horror music?

Pretty solid platformer, the controls were a bit hard to get used to for me personally, but I liked the hiding mechanic in the second level, but I think it could have been a bit more forgiving.

Awesome game! Loved the art, and the story! I unfortunately got sent to hell because I guess i thought too hard about what peoples choices would affect others.

im glad you were sufficiently scared hahaha that was the goal! Thanks for the kind feedback

Thank you very much! What text specifically was too small to read so i know to fix it in the future

Completely understandable, I had plans for subtitles for the jam, but I unfortunately didn't have enough time to do it. If it's any solace, I will be doing subtitles for post-jam updates.

i liked the visuals and the ambiences of the underwater section, and the underwater fish thing was cool, but i couldnt find the other fish i was supposed to lure to the big one.

ive already played and reviewed your game!

Thank you for the kind feedback! I agree on the direction of the gameplay, it isn't super well conveyed to the player what you're expected to do, it is explained in the voicemail but that is something that is easy to miss.

yeah I'm not entirely sure what causes the mouse sensitivity bug, some people get it and others do not. I have tried looking into it and have not found the cause yet, but I'm glad you enjoyed the visuals and sound design.

art is very nice but there is absolutely no sound in this game at all, and no guidance on how you're supposed to play or what you're supposed to do, i was completely lost :(

This had good sound design, atmosphere, and visuals. but was lacking in a lot of other places, it was tedious walking around really long hallways in one single direction without much happening, and the instant camera jumps/cut to black with text really pulls away from the experience/immersion. I think this can be something good if you spend more time iterating on gameplay and the horror.

i think there's a good base of atmosphere here, and there is a story, which is more than can be said for some games, definitely keep iterating and working on it, and I think you can make something compelling.

I will be honest though, this game is really rough around the edges, its super easy to clip the camera outside of the walls, and looking up and down is really janky.

Really amazing music, and the best art ive seen in the jam so far, crazy that this was made in RPG Maker too! Impressive entry!

I personally enjoyed the greybox aesthetic, and it had a pretty good thunder ambience, but was missing a lot of sounds that would've made it more scary, and it needed higher movespeed.

Pretty solid entry for a first game though!

ahh i have already rated your game!

This is a fun concept! The real horror here was bringing back my muscle memory from working in a restaurant hahaha. I liked the gameplay and aesthetics, i wish there was music and sound queues for when customers show up though
