There is a new video uploaded to show how gameplay works, as requested. Learning about a board game usually requires reading the instructions - so please also have a look at the game manual and play piece downloads for maximum enjoyment!
Hi, your game came up in the playthrough reel :) Please if you could upload a play video that would be great :)
There is now a quick preview showcase video to give a look into the setup and some of the gameplay without spoiling too much!
I can appreciate the level of work, thought, and effort put into making this. I'm unable to go through the required process to play, but, I was able to look at the files in the download and see the rules, the art, the cards, the boards etc - so therefore I can get a sense for the amount of effort involved. Having tried to make a rules document for boardgames I've made in the past, I 100% know how hard it is to explain complicated rules in an efficient way - so, kudos.
If you ever make a version that can be played via install (e.g. unity / godot / unreal, etc) - then I'd love to know - I'd be interested in playing it.
Well this is interesting. A Literal board game in game-jam is next level! Too bad I won’t be able to play this in time, but very cool concept from the reads of it!
Can I ask, do you have to purchase/subscribe to table top simulator to play this. Would it be possible to do a video of the game being played to give us some idea. I donwloaded the pdf and read the instructions and it sounds good but would like to see it in action.
For what resources were available at the time for both creators, implementing the game in Tabletop Simulator as a Workshop item was the easiest solution for quick play. At present, buying TTS and subscribing to the game in the Workshop is the current method to playing this.
We'll be looking into creating a video of gameplay soon to give folks an idea of how the game is played. In addition, all of the art assets for the game are available for those intrepid enough to print out and assemble the game's cards and tiles.
Thank you for your interest and patience as we try to show off this game a little more!
