I actually saw this game through someone streaming it on twitch yesterday! I really loved the story and art work it’s a well made game! If you haven’t I would love if you could check out our game “Dying for a Raise”!

Developer(+1)

Glad you liked it! I will check out the game when I get the chance!

Really funny dialogue! The backgrounds gave off strong Minecraft vibes, which was amusing, even if maybe not the ideal fit. Overall, I had a great time, especially enjoying the different endings. Fun little game! (also the pixel art is really funny lmfaooo)

Developer(+1)

It gave minecraft vibes because it was Minecraft! Glad you enjoyed!

I knew I recognized the lava textures in scene 2 lol.  This was very fun to play and I love the humor, would definitely play another game featuring Ness if you make one

Developer

Thank you! If you check out my page I actually have another game featuring Ness and I'll def will be making more in the future

I had a good time with this one! The writing is superb and I love all the endings. The bonus stuff though? I ADORE a good behind-the-scenes bit, and showing off the Minecraft environments you built for the backgrounds is great. That is super efficient way of getting background assets done!

Quite good overall. Well done! :)

AAHHH THANK YOU SO MUCH! It means aa lot when people play my game but it means even more when they're willing to listen to me ramble about my OCs

See, I was around in the days of the DVD Featurette, and I'm a big believer that game developers should do the same in practically everything they make, if they can. Concept art, making-of videos, outtakes, any kinds of bonuses you can throw in make the overall package so much fuller. I greatly appreciate you throwing that in!

Developer

I'm so glad you appreciate it! I'll def be doing it when I make more games in the future. If you wanna see more of Ness I actually have another game surrounding her that I made almost a year ago. [That one's got 7 endings]

I went into it expecting to be really sad coming out but that was such a joy! Super funny dialogue. My favorite has to be ending 1 (because I'm a sucker for heartfelt stuff) but I also enjoyed number 5! And the HOA one!

Angst = bad Funny = good Glad you liked it!

Really solid game!
I really enjoyed the multiple endings , especially endings 4 and 2, aha!

We did notice that one of the endings uses Minecraft assets, which was funny but stood out a bit. Maybe something original there would make it feel more cohesive.

Otherwise, this was great! Our team especially loved Ending 1;  it had such a sweet story and dialogue!! Overall, not bad at all!

Developer(+1)

Actually all the backgrounds are made in minecraft! I usually make all my backgrounds in minecraft [or in the sims] and use it as a reference to help me with perspective. Seeing as we only had 5 days, actually drawing those backgrounds would give me major burn out!

Submitted(+1)

ahh thats fair, still something to note, also all of them? dam you got us confused, they were edited well then xd

Developer(+1)

Lol yeah I hard a hard time editing the one for the second end. Maybe I should've just used a wall of fire or something lmao

Submitted(+1)

either way, nice job though! just was super funny to see aha

The grainy pixel art really stood out and made the world feel alive in a cool way. Unlocking every ending was a blast.

Developer

So glad you had fun!

Submitted(+1)

This was cute! I like the grainy pixel art style, and the dialogue was super funny. I made sure to get every ending just to see what changed, and I think the ending that sends you to hell was my favorite lol. Good job on this one!

Developer

Lol thank you for playing!

Nice VN.  It was good, I enjoyed it

Developer(+1)

Glad you liked it!

So funny dialogue! If you decide to develop it further, it could be really cool with more variations of the illustrations :)

Developer

Thank you so much for playing!
