Overall I enjoyed playing this game! It got a bit repetitive by the end and I wish there was some sort of achievement or something that could pop up after buying all the apartments, but other than that it was addicting enough for me to play all the way through to the end and even a little longer past that, so good job! 😂

Reminded me of the old flash games I played. I liked it a lot!
A great game, I think the moral choice is a little uneven - if I give apartments to young people then I seem to lose, but I think this ideas has INSANE potential, and I've shared some ideas for next steps in this video.
Fun idea, but a bit boring to play IMO.
I didn't notice if rent/housekeep depends on tenant's age, and if it's not, it seems you always profit. I was simply taking the oldest tenant as soon as place got vacant and kept farming money.
Think some kind of "fast forward" button might've been useful, so you didn't have to wait too long to buy the next house. And QoL would've been if the "buy property" buttons themselves were showing whether you can buy the house or not, so you didn't have to click them to see how much it is.
Made me feel like a real landlord! I'm colorblind so some visual effects could have helped but very funny game!
great take on the theme, i was a little confused on what i was doing. but my profits were always up so whatever i was doing was right. unfortunately though the housing market skyrocketed and i could never afford to buy a new building
Insane way to make a game on this theme. I like the way you think lol
