very well done,i loved everything you did with this, i couldn't finish because i'm so bad at platformers. the additions you had with the evolution made it a lot easier for me. control scheme could be improved, played with a controller and the key bindings worked :)
the one thing i think needs to be better is the tongue swing build up, that felt way too slow.

Could you elaborate on how you would like the control scheme to be improved? Controller rebinding was also supported but maybe I didn't make it clear in the game or on the game page, so I changed the wordings a bit. I know it's not the perfect solution since the preset bindings doesn't jive well on the web build, but at least you could rebind them to your linking.
And yeah, the grapple mechanics was commented on a lot so we will look into how to improve it for sure!
