I just selected the DirectX 8/9 effects built into Fusion 2.5. looks like most of them use - Display Options > Effect > Black_white_film . Nothing fancy, I was on a time limit.
Ah, I will drill down and see if I can find what is installed later today. On my 2d centric old PC, I keep my Fusion 2.5 on an older version along with my tools on older versions. Feel free to use whatever black and white scanline filter that works for you that you have handy.
