no, its not. the majority of IG's have each price completely independent from others. the handful that DID scale everything up in price together, failed miserably.

While almost all the upgrades are the same price besides every 10 upgrades, this is still a new game, and they are still developing it.
dunno which games you were playing, but the vast majority of the ones i played never had anything resembling this
