Hello there ! I'm sorry to hear that. that is pretty strange that didn't happened before , you might have to just wait a few min and refresh the page might be something going on with the site. but please let me know if you manage to make it work later on ! it should !
Edit : you could try and download each pack individually and not from the bundle that might work also !
sadly I'm not sure if it was resolved . I imagine yes other ways we would've seen a replay from that person.
however please make sure to download them not from the bundle and from each pack individually or wait for a little bit and try again . I'm not sure what the problem is as these are the only 2 cases so far so I imagine it's some kind of error going on.

as far as the error to be honest I really am not sure what is going on . I don't really have any power over that . I pretty much uploaded the assets and they are there to be purchased and downloaded .
it's most likely something wrong with the website.
I will try and send you a key and hopefully you can use that to unlock it.
it's a little strange that the key doesn't work . it should as it was send for the premium pack specifically
please make sure to double and triple check as that should work

The problem isn't that I don't have ownership permission for this asset. As shown in the screenshot, after getting the key, I now have two "download" button in this page. But the issue is that no matter which button I click, the download page I'm taken to only has a link for the Free Pack. I'm confused about this.
I also think there's something wrong with the website, and I'm still waiting for a response from the website staff. But if you have any other way to send me the files, I would be very grateful.
That is indeed extremely strange... but I'm sure it will get solved sooner or later
sadly there's no way for me to send the files other way as I don't have anything set up for that yet
however here's a few things you can maybe try
- try a different browser
- try your phone or something different then what you already tried on
- try and maybe download the itch app and maybe that works better ( even though I'm not sure if you can download from there but is worth a try
Hello! I'm having the same issue here. I paid for the bundle and I've waited a bit over a day but I haven't been able to download it. I've tried using my phone and clicking on every distinct download link but I still only get the free download option. I have the same problem with the other packs in the bundle. Could you help me please?
sadly i don't have anything setup at the moment to sent the files. however i'm confident I'ts going to start working soon . nobody followed up on this mater from the other folks dealing with this issue so that tells me that is going to work eventually.
I tried sending keys before but that doesn't work either.. and to send it directly i don't have anything set up for that..
I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience , i don't understand what is going on...
hopefully somebody from itch can get back to you and make it work.
