hello there ! I'm sorry to hear that . still I'm not sure what the issues is but I'm pretty sure that the problem will be solved if you wait from a few hours to a day or two . ( the other two folks that had the issue never said anything new so I assume it got solved by it self )

 This asset pack  ( FREE AND PREMIUM ) can be used in any commercial or non-commercial project, you can modify the assets as much as you want BUT THEY CANNOT be resold or redistributed even if modified.

in short if you use the assets  ( either free or premium pack ) in a video game you will be ok .

That is indeed extremely strange... but I'm sure it will get solved sooner or later 

sadly there's no way for me to send the files other way as I don't have anything set up for that yet 

however here's a few things you can maybe try 

- try a different browser 

- try your phone or something different then what you already tried on 

- try and maybe download the itch app and maybe that works better ( even though I'm not sure if you can download from there but is worth a try 

it's a little strange that the key doesn't work . it should as it was send for the premium pack specifically

please make sure to double and triple check as that should work 

I wont be able to send an email for the moment sadly...

please let me know if you get a response from the staff as this is definitely an issue with the website...

as far as the error to be honest I really am not sure what is going on .  I don't really have any power over that . I pretty much uploaded the assets and they are there to be purchased and downloaded . 

it's most likely something wrong with the website. 

I will try and send you a key and hopefully you can use that to unlock it. 

sadly I'm not sure if it was resolved . I imagine yes other ways  we would've seen a replay from that person. 

however please make sure to download them not from the bundle and from each pack individually or wait for a little bit and try again . I'm not sure what the problem is as these are the only 2 cases so far so I imagine it's some kind of error going on.

please let me know if you manage to resolve it as it will help other people that are facing  the same issue  ! thank you ! 

Hello there ! I'm sorry to hear that. that is pretty strange that didn't happened before , you might have to just wait a few min and refresh the page might be something going on with the site. but please let me know if you manage to make it work later on ! it should ! 

Edit : you could try and download each pack individually and not from the bundle that might work also !

although please remember the assets cannot be sold or redistributed as just assets , even if modified
