The problem isn't that I don't have ownership permission for this asset. As shown in the screenshot, after getting the key, I now have two "download" button in this page. But the issue is that no matter which button I click, the download page I'm taken to only has a link for the Free Pack. I'm confused about this. I also think there's something wrong with the website, and I'm still waiting for a response from the website staff. But if you have any other way to send me the files, I would be very grateful.
