Did you try the beach where you meet up with Toby? I also thought that I'm in trouble at there, but it turned out that I missed Toby.

I did and no luck. Every place I try to click on is telling me "... is clear, better check in with the others." Unless I am just completely missing something to click on, (there are 6 places to click on the map for me right now) I feel like the game might just be bugged.
(Have you read Alisa's letter yet on your phone?)
These are all the clickable places I could go, I thought of sending this, maybe it can help. :D If it's still not works, then I can either screen this and send it to the dc server if you are not in, so maybe others can suggest something or you can still delete and re-download the game? I usually just skip to choices when it comes to that so I don't have to replay it entirely :D
