I restarted over because of the update, and I am stuck on Alex's Day 9 where going to any of the destinations just gives me "There's nothing more to do here, better check on the others". I've gone back and used the communications menu to message each one, but nothing seems to progress.

I did and no luck. Every place I try to click on is telling me "... is clear, better check in with the others." Unless I am just completely missing something to click on, (there are 6 places to click on the map for me right now) I feel like the game might just be bugged.

These are all the clickable places I could go, I thought of sending this, maybe it can help. :D If it's still not works, then I can either screen this and send it to the dc server if you are not in, so maybe others can suggest something or you can still delete and re-download the game? I usually just skip to choices when it comes to that so I don't have to replay it entirely :D

I have the same issue on Ray’s route. And I don’t see any letter from Alisa… so I guess it’s a bug.
