yeah I've noticed a ton of similarities halfway through the development too, but I suppose it's different enough, or at least I hope so

I do think the experience is wholly different. I think Like a Record was more like meticulous and overly strategic (almost impossible to wrap your brain around). I think this game is far more approachable and I love the Buckshot Roulette esque vibe with your opponent sitting against you face to face

On top of this being more like attack based card game like slay the spire and Like a Record being more of a traditional card game with monsters and spell type cards. I just meant more so the rotating cards mechanic

Yeah, gimmickwise the podiums do be really similar, so I'm glad you liked the game regardless! :)
