Very goofy rougelite game! (Is the "Lovely Jubly" text a Xenoblade 3 reference?) Anyways, I enjoyed my time playing. I'll say, you can certainly tell 9 people worked on this game, as there were clearly some art assets that had different artstyles. Other than that, the game felt quite cohesive for that many people working on it! It has quite a bit of charm (the dialogue is ridiculous, in a good way),and some of the visuals are so cool (like the moving outlines and animated buttons, makes it feel more polished). I noticed (quite glaringly) that the player stuttered when moving, and it made thinga bit harder to keep track of. If you haven't, a quick fix is to turn on interpolation on the Rigidbody 2D (there's an option that says "Interpolate", and all you need to do is open the drop-down menu and select Interpolate). I had this problem on a game I was working on and after searching for ages, that was the fix. I didn't dock any points for that though, it's a common unity game issue. On to the gameplay. It was quite fun! The enemies were fast, and I actually enjoyed that, made it more hectic. Some of the upgrades were a bit too derogatory for my taste (like the buffing crit damage but lowering base damage was something I chose that hurt my performance). I also ended up dying because the game wasn't actually paused when I was choosing my upgrades, that probably should've been a bit different. Other than those issues, It was a fast-paced and fun romp! I enjoyed the designs of the enemies, and the mechanic on spawning a massive blast is neat (but of course the lack of pausing makes it less of a benefit). I got through roughly 10-20 rooms (I didn't keep count) and it was engaging for quite a lot of it. Now, about that music. It was really good! Whomever made the music, epic work, such a fun, bubbly, and driving tune to accompany you through the warehouse! Oh, and the SFX also was great, really snappy and cohesive!

Thank you so much for such a detailed review! > v<
Haha, the “Lovely Jubly” line was from my silly willy thought XD
With 9 people (7 programmers), it was a challenge to match the same style, so we just freestyled that art out, so it’s awesome to hear it still felt cohesive overall. ><
Thank you for the Rigidbody2D interpolation tip! 0 -0
// I tried and didn't work for me, I guess the problem lies in the camera follow (Vector3.Lerp * Time.fixedDeltaTime) XD
We'll fix those issues for sure :D
Thank you so much for your feedback. It's clear that you've spent time on our game, and we loved to hear that you enjoyed it! > v<
