How does the game fit the theme?
It uses the risk theme on the mouse risking its life to gather many cheese to its hole, but each cheese adds weight causing more risk, but with a greater reward when done. And the cat is constantly making traps overtime to make it more risky to play it safe

Controls are pretty intuitive and art is very cute. The cat was constantly on my tail (literally)
Nice concept and great polish! Love the way your use of theme
This is a cute and polished presentation with solid controls and a great use of the theme! The cat's behavior felt a bit aggressive at times, so I'd consider easing into the difficulty a little more gradually. That said, it's a very solid proof of concept, and I hope you keep building on it!
Cool concept, it was just too hard for me due to the cat, still great game tho
Great experience playing this. Also well done on such a polished project.
I am glad you enjoyed my game! :D
While the music really didn't land for me, the mechanics were fun and visual style was great. Amazing what a person can do by themselves! :D
I am glad you liked the visuals and thank you! My apologies if the music didn’t click, the time was a bit too crammed for my schedule

Great game! It’s well polished and fun. I didn’t understand why there’s the slam mechanic, I thought it would do some damage to the cat or the insects, but it didn’t. I also didn’t understand why the vents weren’t explained in the tutorial. I discovered it by accident, even though there’s a white highlight, I needed a few deaths to figure out this mechanic.
I loved the art, it's very cute, great job!
My apologies, the time was being crunched so hard I forgot to add the Vent mechanic. I am glad you liked the game though, much appreciated :)
I really really enjoyed this one! The tutorial is slick, and the graphics are simple but very appealing! Normal was the perfect difficulty for me, finally outsmarting that goddamn cat was so rewarding lmaooo. And the vents, traps, and cockroaches are a nice touch. Keeps the gameplay feeling fresh, and allows for some smart outmaneuvers.
I guess my only suggestion would be to run your sound effects through an EQ. My ears are pretty sensitive, so I had had to turn it down.
Really great work though! And our game has a funny cockroach too!
Thank for you this kind review!! I am sorry if the sounds felt sharp to your ears, I will try to learn some more ways to improve on that! Thanks for playing my game!! (Woah your game has cockroaches too? cool :D)
The visuals and controls feel fantastic. There’s the occasional flicker from black texture seams, but aside from that, the game is really impressive. The difficulty feels a little tough—even on easy mode—and I hope the enemy AI could be a bit more dynamic, rather than constantly mirroring my position
I am glad you liked the game! I didn’t have much time to make a dynamic AI in this little time, so my apologies!
