The camera angle is hurting my brain, the FOV or the viewing window is too small. The mouse sensitivity is really fast too, I can't adjust it. Hope you can adjust in the future and Good luck for the jam!

The movements are quite fast. And I think I glitched out on the second area: went through the door and camera shifted to where I can't see my player anymore. Hope you can fix the bug soon! The artstyle is cute and consistently fits the overall art aesthetic.

Who put the onions here! The nostalgia still hits through the cute cartoonish style and I see the message of being timeless in the photos we take - the clutters are well placed and even something simple as the single plate in a dinner set for four people hits different. The narrative is too much, I see those past tenses and man, such feels, and reward for the completing the game is such a cute photo. Excellent interpretation of the theme "timeless". This is a lovely game, thank you for bringing this to creation.

Interesting game! Had difficulties going pass level 2 because how fast enemies seem to be in relative to player. And I think one spawn right where the player is - instant damage lol - that or I missed one. Not quite sure where the theme reflects in your game.

The art aesthetic looks pretty neat! The story narration got clipped off from the top, I can't read the full text. Resetting on death is a bit jarring without any transition. A little indication - visual feedback or damage sfx - could go a long way. Good job!

Interesting gameplay! I wonder what inspiration you had for this game. I see other comments and I agree with a lot of them. Here's my piece: just turning on the damage would make sense, all those projectiles didn't deal any damage - thus not pushing me to be more careful with the projectiles and not using the rewind tool. And free to safely explore, and in turn, discovering that I can walk over walls and props. In regards to game design for projectiles, I see your nod to bullet hell! Otherwise, cool game!

Interesting game. I'd push for bgm/sfx, it's eerily quiet. Does the projectile type matter? Sometimes they bounce away from the targets and some zoom pass the incoming targets. Also, is the incoming targets' shape matter too? The target's different colour and shape made me think they would behave differently, but I couldn't quite tell. Cool concept tho, would love to see what comes after!

At first glance, I thought it was a rhythm game. But I was pleasantly proven wrong! The music dying out at failed puzzles - my brainpower is not enough to solve them in time - is hilarious! Love the shamelessly loud booing audience when I see that F grade. It's so fun, thank you for bringing this to existence!

Cool game! Could this be inspired from the classic invader game? I rather have the shooting be permanently active instead of players having to hold down the mouse button down the whole time. And maybe an indicator what comes after the fifth upgrade. I do love the visuals, a subtle neon glow on the shapes against a pitch black background. A game with an endless goal - depending on player's dodging skill - can be considered timeless!

You're holding my curiosity! Did you place everything by yourself? Character movement, camera control, object interaction, the narrative - you're doing great!

Doing a cozy approach - you're a mad lad! I love the sound effects for block placement and choice of colours were soothing as well. When placing a huge area, I found out you can switch colours as the blocks spawn in. Not sure if that was an intended feature, but it looks cool. And the creatures are so tiny and adorable. Truly amazing experience!

Cool and cute game! Would love to see it further developed!!

Cool game!!

I see! We'll look into the spawning rate, because the current issue is that the items are spawning outside of player view / out of reach. Thank you for trying our game!

Most likely the pickable items spawned out of bounds and out of view. Still, thank you for trying our game anyway!

Aww, we appreciate you trying our game. Yes, we notice the out of bounds targets, so sorry you had to die that way. The controls were as intended, to be clicked around the roomba itself - or as randomly as you want - and let it move wherever it wants. Glad you had fun!

Some may ask for hints, but I think the lack of hints in an ever-looping stage is what adds to the experience: taking what I've learnt in a previous loop and using that to solve problems in the next. Pretty cool concept.

Yes, the Unity assets were huge and fun to explore. We couldn't resist the cute robot so now the robot is a star in our game! Thank you for playing our game!

Round shapes are friends, and Round shapes that can move fast = roomba! We did notice the unreachable target issue, We haven't adjusted the spawning area so hopefully can be fixed after the submission. Thank you for trying our game!

This is pretty good for a 2-day jam! I enjoyed the free aim for the weapons so I can move about and pelt some bombs towards enemies at the same time. The rover controls may need some more fine tuning and a sound system to have the BGM and SFX gentler on the ears. Overall well done!

Thank you!

Thank you!

Thank you for trying out our game! The movement is an intended feature, it's like smacking the roomba so it can bounce around on its free will. Regardless, we appreciate your comment!

The game looks promising! I encountered the mouse lock issue and oh gosh the celebratory sound effect spook me haha. The world is quite open, quite a sprint to reach the important places and I can't seem to find all the candles. Still, I see your 20s reference, and your characters are a delight!

my ADHD in sorting stuff kicks in, love the simple idea of sorting past and futuristic items C:

thank you too! we had fun playing around with how it bounces like pinball pre submission XD

Glad you have fun with our game! Pinball was part of the inspiration with how fast the roomba runs across the screen, haha, thank you for playing our game!

I continued playing again, and I'm actually stuck again at the Ignite level, still love the idea of using your past selves to help you with current puzzle!

Thank you for trying out our game! You need to click around the roomba, like a nudge into the direction you wanted it go. We had fun making it zoom across the screen!

i got confused what to do but good job!

i love the potato but i slid off too much on the moving platform :/

very cool game! so unique

aww its all fine thanks anyway!

Such an interesting game! Kinda trippy with how the planes kind of swerve around but I had fun! Keep up the good work!

This is such a cool game! I always wonder how our dear NPCs have so much gold to give us XD Really enjoyed it and it's very polished too! Great job!

Do give mine a try as well! https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-14/rate/3851580. I'll check out yours too!

Simple yet fun! It's the temptation to get through the little gaps that make it so addictive XD Good job and keep up the good work!!

https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-14/rate/3851580 Would love your help and input with mine! I'll try yours as well!
