Nice job, it was fun to play a bit hard to understand everything but very nice. Maybe less text also or more granular not everything at once, like mixing gameplay and text.
Good suggestions! I could add in the different recipes a little slower, to ramp up how much you need to remember as the game goes on. Getting a balance between informative and flavor text was tough, so that should help out with that ^^
