was unsure at what to do at first, but it became very clear right away, and is a very interesting game idea. I found myself instantly wanting to protect my memory and already devising new strategies to do so. I really liked the aesthetic as well (CRT-like screen overlay. Simple, yet effective!)
Thanks for playing! I was aiming to have a slight air of "mystery" at the start and hoping that the actual gameplay comes out clear fairly quick without any instructions. Just to get some enjoyment of discovery when playing for the first time.
I hope it worked and was not too frustrating on the first try :)
I had played this a few days back, but writing a review just now.. loved the gameplay on this! I always enjoy this genre of games quite a lot so ive played many of these especially in jams and this was definitely a good one! The visuals really stood out for me, they were very consistent and also went well with the mood of the song. I liked the feel of this the most though.. it felt really satisfying to pick up the sand particles and place them. also the tiny particles which slowly wither the sand had very pleasing effects. Great job on this one :)
Thanks for playing and giving the feedback, really appreciated and happy that you liked it :)
Whoa, what a cool idea! I held on for 14 days. I liked the choice mechanic, where you don't know what's coming next so you just have to sort of shore everything up where it feels vulnerable.
Will note that running this one made my computer get very hot haha.
Overall I really liked it though, a very cool take on this song!
Thanks for playing, really appreciated!
I tried to keep things simple, but cutting some corners, I am sure that my programming is not the most efficient approach on this one :D I will have to keep my eye on this point in the future! Thanks :)
