I like it but difficulty spike was really big imo, but that's kinda fine. I'd just suggest making robot jump lower if you click and full jump if you hold down the jump button. Other than that and platform for moving up being kinda slow, nice game, well done.

one fun thing about the game is that since you can place a checkpoint pretty much anywhere, i designed it to be really hard so you’d have to master it, think of the floaty jump as something like the mouse controls in getting over it, possible to master but a little clunky at first, is the feel i was going for.

I dig this. Playing it safe lowering your score ties in with the theme well! I felt like the jump sound was a bit loud.
