Really interesting concept! Kinda spooky somehow as well. I think my monitor brightness settings are set a little bit high, so I may have been cheating a bit and reading all the messages over the levels through the darkness.

Remember CanvasModulate? Yeah, I couldn't get it to work so I ended up making a Node with really low alpha value to make it look like it's dark. If the alpha value was 0, you won't see the light at all, unfortunately.
But shhhh... Don't tell anyone about that secret!
